Mr. Johnson,

I am writing to inform you, as you are probably aware, of the outstanding service your staff provided during the time that our air conditioner quit on June 30th 2009.

First contact was by the answering service…quick response and also advising when and who would be in contact with us. Next in line was Pam at dispatch…had us a technician that evening (10pm). Problem completely diagnosed by John Hoyle and advised us who would be in contact with us the next day; we did not sleep very comfortably since the temp was 84 degrees in the bedroom.

We were contacted promptly the next day by Paul Darlington, he made an appointment and did appear at the time he said he would be here! Hard to believe since we have not experienced that before with other service people. Paul gave us a thorough explanation of what was to happen, provided us a small unit for our bedroom…a blessing as we did get a restful sleep that night.

The next day the installers, Larry the lead person and Barry his helper, could not have worked harder or be more professional. They were installing a 5 ton unit and all of our old equipment had to be removed and a XP19-060 unit and ducting had to be installed. It was sweltering outside with the heat being in the 100’s, note: no complaints from these folks “heat is part of the job”. We were thoroughly briefed on our unit and its operation…nothing was left to chance.

It would be my pleasure to provide a recommendation to any person who you wish to refer.

Please convey my thoughts to those who served us as it was “exceptional service”.

During the past decade, I have had repair, replacement and total upgrade of my home heating and air conditioning system. In each occasion, I contracted with your firm. At no time or on any occasion was I dissatisfied with any function of the operations. You've always been prompt, courteous and very accommodating. Yesterday your company completed the installation of a new Lennox heating and air condition unit and I wanted to comment on your installation team of Daryl and Chris.
Your men spent the biggest part of two days at the house and conducted themselves in an extremely courteous and professional manner. They represented your company very well and I know their actions/work would make your management proud to call them our team.

My expectations regarding the installation certainly have been met and I wanted you to know.

Dear Mr. Little,
Enclosed is my check for payment in full for the new heating and air conditioning system that was installed at my residence. I would like to comment on your personnel that I was directly involved with during the selection and installation process.

Mr. Bill Grammar provided the expertise that made the selection process an easy one. He made a computer analysis of my needs, and at no time was I pressured to buy from your company. Additionally, he answered each and every question that I had, and believe me, I had a lot of them.

The installation crew consisted of Randy and John. I am sorry that I do not know their last names. I've never had workmen to do such a neat and thorough job. They did not let one piece of trash hit the ground or floor. They were very methodical, polite and they too answered questions that I posed.

Paul was the start up man. I was amazed at the amount of work that he did alone in getting the unit ready to go. He too was very neat and stayed with the job until he was finished. He said that he knew what it was like to be without cool air over night!

The point I am trying to make is that your employees are very service orientated and concerned for the customer. In this day when there are rip offs occurring on a regular basis, it is most satisfying to be able to do business with some one that you feel that you get more than your money's worth.

Satisfied? Yes, and in fact I plan to recommend your company to several neighbors that are about to replace their units. I will certainly recommend the above named individuals. I know that they will also treat them as well as I was.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of appreciation for the great service I received July 10, 2002. My sister-in-law's air conditioner stopped cooling early that morning and your prompt and courteous service corrected her problem by mid-day. When I called, I explained that she was burying her 25-year-old son that day and that I needed your help. The ladies in your office were not only very nice, but also sympathetic of our situation. They dispatched the next available tech in our zip code, and the air conditioner was fixed.

Since my company is service-oriented business, it is easy to recognize employees that do their job well. All of you should be proud of how you made me and my family feel on a very difficult day. It is easy to share with my friends the name of a good company.
